TRIVIA NIGHT – 24th NOVEMBER
The next Dayboro Police charity trivia night will be held on Saturday 24th November at the Dayboro Bowls Club with a Christmas theme.  Teams consist of 8 per table and if you would like to nominate please contact me at Dayboro Police Station.  To help make the night a success we would also appreciate donations of items that can be used as team or raffle prizes.  Funds raised are directed back into the Dayboro community.
PROPERTY OFFENCES
Once again this month, property offences have been spread out across the Dayboro Police Division.  Between 13th and 14th October entry was gained to a shed on Ocean View Road and a push bike and motorbike removed.  The motorcycle was located nearby and the push bike has also now been recovered.  Between 11th and 14th October a white Mercedes Sprinter van was stolen from private property in Williams Street Dayboro.  The keys had been hidden in the vehicle which was unlocked.  Items of property from the vehicle were located on Neilson Road Kurwongbah but the vehicle is still outstanding.
Late evening on 10th October an offender entered the garage of an Aitcheson Road property and stole a vehicle.  The keys were in the car which was located burnt out at Narangba on 11th October.  A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a neighbouring property and credit cards from the wallet fraudulently used.  An offender from the Caboolture area has been charged in relation to these offences and numerous offences in other police areas.
Overnight on 8th October a flyscreen was removed from a bathroom window to allow an offender to enter a house on Sunrise Drive at Ocean View.  A handbag was stolen and located nearby with only credit cards missing.  Overnight on 12th October entry was forced to the Dayboro Progress Association shed near the Dayboro tennis courts.  Soft drinks were stolen.
Between 20th August and 16th October a Cox ride-on mower and two brush cutters were stolen from the Dayboro Football Club equipment shed.
Between the 9th and 10th October computers were stolen from a vehicle parked on Old Mt Samson Road at Closeburn and on the afternoon of 16th October the window of a vehicle parked on Cedar Creek Road was smashed and a phone and wallet stolen.
Anyone with information in relation to these or other offences please contact Dayboro Police on 3425 1200 or Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
