Local parents George and Olga Thompson attended the marriage of their son Jeremy to Angela, daughter of Don and Glenda Madoff from Albany Creek on 1 October 2011.

Their wedding ceremony was performed in Henzell’s Chapel with a reception for 104 guests at the showgrounds.
Included in the wedding party was local Ben Haddon who managed to get Jeremy to the chapel on time and the happy couple had their daughter Lucee as one of the flower girls.
They visited Magnetic Island for a well-earned rest and honeymoon.
