MBRC Community Grants Program
The Community Grants Program opens 1 February 2013 and closes on 1 March 2013. Application and guidelines are available on the website. To attend one of our information workshops, contact council on 3205 0555 or email grants@moretonbay.qld.gov.au by Friday, 25 January 2013.
The Moreton Bay Region Community Grants Program offers financial support to eligible individuals, sporting and community groups within the Moreton Bay Region in the following categories:
• Community Capacity Building and Development
• Community Facilities Development
• Interest Free Loans for Community Facilities
• Community Events
• Individual Achievement Grant
Council staff will be holding a number of community grant information workshops.
• Tuesday, 29 January 2013, 2-4pm: The Caboolture Hub, 4 Hasking Street, Caboolture
• Wednesday, 30 January 2013, 9-11am: Redcliffe Library, 470-476 Oxley Avenue, Redcliffe
• Thursday, 31 January 2013, 6-8pm: Murrumba Downs Tavern, Dohles Rocks Road, Murrumba Downs
• Tuesday, 5 February 2013, 2-4pm: The Hills District Community Centre, 291 Dawson Parade, Arana Hills
