May2014_FREE KOALA RESCUE WORKSHOP

Moreton Bay Koala Rescue is looking for new rescuers. Join their free workshop on Saturday 17th May from 9am until 2pm at CREEC, 150 Rowley Road in Burpengary.
Would you be interested in making a difference for koalas? You can become a rescuer or an ambulance driver.
At this free workshop you will learn the basics of koala rescue. After that you will be able to train on the job, with experienced rescuers.
No experience required, just your commitment for a couple of hours per week. The roster can be adapted to your work and/or family commitments.
The koala breeding season will start in July – August and it would be great to have you on board by then.
