Applications are now open for the National Stroke Foundation’s 2014 Stroke Awards. These awards aim to recognise the amazing work and commitment of stroke survivors, carers and health professionals in the Australian community.
If you or someone you know is a stroke survivor, carer or volunteer making a difference to the state of stroke in Australia then complete an award nomination form today. Nominations close on 2 June 2014.

Improving Life After Stroke Award
Open to stroke survivors, carers, members of the general public and people who work to improve the state of stroke in a voluntary capacity.
Creative Award
This inaugural award is open to stroke survivors in the community who are actively pursuing creative interests.
