Need more time to focus on the growth of your business?
Not enough time to organise your books?
Is your paperwork becoming a burden?
If yes, yes, yes, then we can help!
Your books are our business!
I must get my books ready for my accountant!’
Imagine not having to repeat that thought because you’ve handed all your business papers to your bookkeeper! Having started the last quarter of the financial year it is important to begin planning the submission of your books.
At this time of year, many businesses, particularly sole traders, wish to seek a professional bookkeeper to maintain their business accounts. If this sounds familiar to you then it is time for you to consider outsourcing your bookwork in order to focus on what you do best for your business.
Outsourcing is not an easy decision to make. We strongly believe, however, that choosing to outsource bookwork will prove to be a most beneficial decision made by small business owners.
At North Brisbane Bookkeeping we have been maintaining accounts for a wide range of businesses, both local and inner-city based and inter-state, since 2002. We pride ourselves on establishing a professional and trustworthy relationship with every client (and their accountants), allowing them to dedicate more time to promoting the growth of their business.
With a combined experience of 27 years in various office environments, we know how critical ‘systems’ are to a business. With this in mind we not only maintain books but tailor and set up systems to keep our clients’ bookkeeping expenses as cost-effective as possible.
Since every business is different, we operate on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly basis depending upon the number of transactions generated.
We are registered BAS agents and our regular bookkeeping services include BAS and IAS preparation, payroll, PAYG, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, set up and maintenance of bookkeeping and office systems and report creation to keep clients (and their accountants) up-to-date with their business figures.
If you are starting a new business or your books are becoming a burden, please call or email North Brisbane Bookkeeping to arrange a free assessment of your bookkeeping needs.
We look forward to hearing from you!
