Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre Enriching Community
Insync is a fun, interactive group for parents and carers of children with special needs.
We meet in the Undurba State School Community Hall, Ogg Road, Murrumba Downs on the first Wednesday of every month from 9.30 a.m. (for a 10am start) until 12 noon. Entry is free, however a donation is appreciated.
A variety of topics are regularly explored such as:
· Responding to differing opinions about care strategies
· Self care
· The medication debate
· Communication
· Parenting strategies
· Recognizing and building strengths and supports.
