March2104_The Art Train
A new business has opened in Station Street in the heart of Samford Village. Two local art class providers, Red Dog Studios and The Studio Shed have combined to open The Art Train based in the railway carriage just down the street from The Flying Nun.
All classes from both studios have now moved to The Art Train. Helen Evans is still the primary teacher and is really excited to have a new dedicated ( and really cool ) space for her lessons and workshops.
The Art Train has a brand new facebook page www.facebook.com/thearttrain1938 and a website is under construction, arriving very soon, www.thearttrain.com.au .
The Art Train will also be hosting specialist workshops and guided painting sessions. Proposed specialist workshops include: printmaking, image transfer, mosaic, paper mâché, gouache, drawing and painting en plein aire.
