“While the enthusiastic toddlers and primary school children are busy exercising with trained sports coaches, parents can also get active with other adults knowing their children are supervised and safe.”
The easily achievable activities boost children’s confidence, especially if they are not into more traditional sports like football or basketball. Here children access fun, structured physical activities which encourage participation and help teach them to be active for life,” he said.
Bookings are now open through the Kids Sports Website www.kidsports.com.au
