WHAT’S HAPPENING AT RENDEZVOUS?
Rendezvous is inviting Dayboro to become involved in an exciting series of events being held over the coming months.
For the past three years we have been establishing ourselves as part of the community, hopefully providing our lovely customers with delicious coffee and meals.
The most exciting part of Rendezvous for me, is becoming known for our great selection of books. I am hoping to develop this side of Rendezvous by holding a series of events and hearing your feedback.
Over the next few months Rendezvous will be bursting with exciting evenings involving Authors and interesting speakers and not to mention champagne and nibblies. Our first event, which we are very enthusiastic about will be an “Evening of Sensuous Poetry” with author Mocco Wollert and artist Glenise Clelland on Sat 11th June, 6 pm. This will be a vibrant occasion with a limited number of invitations and we look forward to seeing you there. Our second event will be with local Author Terrie Andersen on Saturday 30th July. Her insights into human potential and effective communication, both on a personal and corporate level, are second to none. You are sure to leave refreshed and invigorated about life’s journey.
Rendezvous is very interested in what you would like to see on the shelves at your local bookstore. Biographies, spirituality, environment or just a favourite author? We are in the process of developing a website, however, whilst in progress, please email rendezvousdayboro@live.com.au with any queries, book orders or feedback.
Rendezvous Ramblings will be reviewing a book in each edition of the Grapevine. Have you enjoyed a good book recently? Send us your great book review and you could be the winner of a $30.00 book voucher along with your review being published in the Grapevine.
