July2011_FORMATION OF DAYBORO RSL CHAPTER

A meeting of ex-service personnel recently resolved to form a Returned Services League Chapter in Dayboro.

A chapter can be  raised in an area where there is no R.S.L. presence but shows potential for the raising of a Sub-Branch in the future.  An important function of the R.S.L. is the welfare of returned service personnel and ex-service personnel.  Eligibility to be a member is to have served in the Armed Forces for a period of 6 months.  Anyone interested in becoming a member can contact Alex McMillian on 0417 476 253 email admbc@bigpond.com   or Richard Hawkins on 3289 9208 or 0418 735 626 hawkins.family1@bigpond.com
