How do I lose the last 5 Or the First 5 for that matter!
Losing the first or last 5 kilos, centimetres, excuses has to matter to you, has to be important!
You have to be connected to what you want, why you want it and what it will make available for you.
Get real with yourself, no blame or shame just reality.
And if you don’t have an occasion, goal or reason, create one, ferment a crisis for yourself.
Get your family and friends on board.
If you know you make excuses and give up on yourself or don’t follow through, get a coach or accountability buddy to stand by your side and champion you. You are worth it and they will be a major game changer for you.
Otherwise it ain’t gonna happen. It’s just business as usual.
You may well be sick of carting around those extra centimetres, unwanted kilos and guilt.
The definition of insanity – taking the same actions expecting a different result!
You want to look better and feel fantastic and alive.
But until you deal with the reality, nothing will shift.
Then and only then can you create a future that has you plan successfully and be in action easily.
That’s when you’ll shine and be on the road to success!
