Feb2015_ZONTA – Project Now
Our Vice President, Glynnis Gartside was honoured to represent the Zonta Club of Pine Rivers on November 29th 2014, at the opening of the Project Now facility at the Salvation Army Moonyah premises. The creation from scratch of this 20 bed facility for rehabilitating women with addictions is a wonderful achievement.
Michelle Davis, the Past President of the Brisbane Planetarium Rotary, who set the vision for this $750,000 project, specifically mentioned our Past President, Karen Fuller as the first person to offer their club’s support. All the women in the picture (see Facebook Album for February 2015) are from the various Zonta Clubs that were involved with Project Now.
