Feb2015_A.I.R. MEETINGS
We at the AIR meet monthly at the Wavell Heights Community Hall each Third Friday at 9.30am until about 11.30am. We normally have a guest speaker – February’s will be discussing Australian Hearing.
We are a group of independent funded people who meet monthly to socialize and discuss matters of finance, but cannot advise. We help our members by going through current Government events and changes. A morning tea and bickies is provided for a gold coin. The membership fee is quite low, and normally tax deductible.
We also meet on the second Friday at the Chermside Library and discuss finances in more depth, again 9.30am until 11.30am. You need to be a member in order to attend.
Our group also does bus trips and other social events – age is generally in the partially or fully retired bracket .
