Attendees at the first two series have raved about how engaging and fun the breakfasts have been and how each workshop has given them very practical tips to take back to the workplace.
The next breakfast event in the series is on Thursday 6 March 2014.  Errol Amerasekera will present “A Leader’s Guide to Organisational Health”.
Many leaders say that they feel stressed out and overwhelmed.
The demands of constantly putting out ‘spot fires’ and feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day can negatively affect the performance and sustainability of a leader and impact the organisations they lead.
Healthy organisations utilise a unique approach to business that views challenges as symptoms.  They develop efficient, effective, holistic and sustainable solutions to these challenges.  This keynote presented by Errol Amerasekera will explain how focusing on the health of an organisation creates long-term and preventative solutions to challenges as they arise.
RDA Moreton Bay is one of a national network of 55 Regional Development Australia committees established in partnership between the Australian, State, Territory and Local Governments to develop and strengthen the regional communities of Australia.  It has been given a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of Australia’s regions.
