It’s easy to lodge a customer service request with Moreton Bay Regional Council. Call council’s customer service team on 3205 0555, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm) and talk to one of our helpful staff.
If you would prefer to lodge your customer service request online, visit www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au/contact and complete a customer request form. An acknowledgement email, including a customer reference number, will be sent to you for your records.
Council’s website is also a valuable source of information for residents wanting to find out more about community news, events, facilities and amenities.
