Entrants must be over 18 by 28 February 2014.
Entrants for the local prize must have lived in the council area since 1 September 2013.
Applications and payments must be in by 4pm on Friday 28 February 2014.

Confirmation of selection will be received by Tuesday 1 April 2014.
Delivery:
Personal delivery 10am-6pm Wednesday 7 May 2014
Delivery by courier 10am – 4pm Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 May 2014
Collection:
Personal 11am – 6pm on Monday 26 May 2014
Courier 10am – 4pm on Tuesday 27 May 2014
Opening night and announcement of winners will be on Friday 16 May 2014.
