There is now a Police Link app available for phones and portable devices.  In addition to information and online reporting options for Police Link, it contains a number of useful links to other police information. 
Found property
A chainsaw was handed in on Friday 17th January.  It appears it came off a vehicle on Bradley Street.  Please contact the station to claim the property. 
 
Property Offences
In the two months since the last Grapevine edition there have been a number of property offences spread throughout the Dayboro police area.
On 8th January a wallet and mobile phone were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in Williams Street. 
In early January graffiti was done to the picnic table in Lions park.  On 13th December graffiti was sprayed on the side of a vehicle parked in a yard in Mt Samson Road. 
Between 7th December and 7th January number plates were stolen from a vehicle which had been left after breaking down on the side of Dayboro Road near the waste transfer station.  On 27th December a window was smashed to gain entry to a vehicle on Cedar Creek Road and a back pack stolen.
Between 25th November and 24th December a security camera was stolen from a property at Mount Pleasant and on 13th December a solar panel for an electric gate was stolen in the Winn Road, Cashmere area.  
On 10th December and 13th January stolen vehicles were located burnt out on Old School Road. 
On 26th November computer equipment and alcohol were stolen from a house at Mt Samson.  Entry was gained through a closed but unlocked front door.

Traffic
The traffic crash sign reached a figure of 6 weeks between injury traffic crashes but unfortunately dropped back to zero on 18th January.  However, in the last two months there have only been four crashes, two with injury.
School Watch
Thank you to the school watch volunteers for their support in keeping Dayboro School secure over the holidays.
