Feb11 RENDEZVOUS AT DAYBORO

. . . The Readers Teahouse

Rendezvous at Dayboro would like to start the new year with a few thank yous.  First of all we would like to thank everyone who donated to our wishing for wildlife fund.
We raised nearly $300 which will go towards helping to buy supplies which are needed to help look after the numerous little critters which are hurt by the encroaching mass of humanity in their corner of the world.  Many, many thanks to all the amazing people who help to care for them.  The wishing for wildlife Christmas tree is becoming a tradition at Rendezvous, we hope everyone who hung their wish on our lillypilly has their own wish come true.
Our next round of thankyous go to all the lovely people who pitched in at Rendezvous to keep the water at manageable levels on what was one of Mother Natures more memorable moments.  What a day!   I must say we were most surprised to see water coming up so high and to be honest, until it was actually coming in the door, I did not quite believe it myself.
As a small business owner I can appreciate how difficult it has been and will continue to be for the other businesses in Dayboro who were not as fortunate as Rendezvous.  I always knew the people of Dayboro were wonderful
and I am very pleased to be a part of this community.
Finally we would like to thank all our customers and friends and the amazing people we work with.  Rendezvous is entering her fourth year and this would not have been possible without community support.  So once again, Thank you and if you ever need a nice cup of coffee and a bit of time out just come in and Relax . . . Read.
Rendezvous
