AUSTRALIA DAY 2014 – AT THE SAMFORD MUSEUM

Sunday 26th January 2014 from 9am

Entry is:  ADULTS $6     CHILDREN $2 or  FAMILY:  $12. 

Our celebrations are already planned for January.  Displays in John Scott Park will consist of:  Vintage cars and caravans, motor bikes and trikes and Werner’s magic music machine.  Inside the grounds of the museum you will find our very old school, stationary engines display, old farm and timber tools, general store, horse drawn wagons and sulkies, war museum, toys, old slab timber kitchen as well as many other exhibits.  During the day there will be demonstrations of timber skills, school teaching, corn shelling and crushing, entertaining music as well as food and refreshments being available.
