Dec2010 DAYBORO DENTAL CENTRE

CARING FOR THEIR PATIENTS    –   CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY

In order to be prepared for any emergency in their Dental Surgery, Dayboro Dental Centre have a acquired an automatic electronic defibrillator.
All staff have recently completed their CPR Training, with youngest staff member, Lacey Carey, having also just completed her First Aid Certificate.
The automatic defibrillator is available for emergency use in the Dayboro community too should the need arise.
An example would be when the Ambulance is unavailable  i.e. already out of town on another job.  If someone’s heart stopped beating, then CPR needs to be performed promptly until other assistance – be it the Ambulance or the automatic Defibrillator – arrives and is ready to take over.
Dayboro Dental Centre will be open between Christmas and New Year, and available on a “Call in” basis on the public holidays.
