Join the party!! Bring the family!! Saturday 11 December 9am at John Scott Park, Main Street, Samford, for a free Zumba class with Debbie and Sammy from Break it Down School of Entertainment.
Break it Down runs regular Zumba classes in Samford and Upper Kedron and encourages everyone to come along and give it go. Zumba uses a mixture of Latin and International music. It is an easy to follow, calorie burning, dance fitness party. Zumba is for everyone and its a great way to burn some calories before Christmas and have a lot of fun at the same time. They will also be accompained by Nii Armah from Baala Baajo.
