Mayoral candidate Cr Allan Sutherland will take up the use and disposal of plastic bags with the three amalgamating Councils as well as State and Federal MPs seeking an investigation into the possible introduction of degradable bags.

Serving as an elected representative of Caboolture Shire Council since 1985, Deputy Mayor from 1988 and Mayor from 2000, Joy Leishman is a strong and dedicated leader.
Joy believes in striving for balance between building an economically sustainable region whilst maintaining the core elements at the heart of ‘community’.
