A letter has been received from the Office of the Commissioner of Queensland Fire and Rescue Service dated 28 July 2010.
The letter basically says that no-one is allowed to light a fire in the State of Queensland, no matter how big or small, in the open without a Permit To Burn.

Dayboro’s own mini-Oktoberfest is happening again this year at the Memorial Showgrounds on Saturday 16th October from 6.30pm for nibblies with a two course meal following at approximately 7pm.
