My Daughter Sarah was an entrant in Queensland Country Life Miss Showgirl Awards this year, celebrating 31 years since its inception in 1983 the Showgirl Awards has offered the opportunity to hundreds of young Queensland women to become involved in one of the great Australian traditions – their Local Show.

The University of Queensland made the big decision to build a new Dayboro Veterinary Surgery in order to upgrade and expand facilities to meet the growing demand for high quality veterinary care.
