Ever find that life is getting too stressful? Having trouble staying motivated and positive in life? Having sleep issues? Want to be more productive? Meditation may be the answer.
When we mention the word “Meditation” it used to conjure up images of hippies on a hillside with dirty feet and incense – but that is far from the reality of today’s modern reality of meditation. With today’s ever increasing pace and stress more and more people are turning to the benefits of meditation. CEO’s, mums and dads, athletes, celebrities and more are reaping the benefits of meditation in all its varied forms.
Free weekly meditation classes are being conducted by Sahaja Yoga at Petrie State School ongoing from 16th January. Attention all computer Geeks and possible students! Our U3A is starting very soon, with its ’08 series of low cost, user friendly classes. We meet generally at Bunya House in Arana Hills . Some courses run from a few days or several weeks spread over a generous time frame so as not to be too "heavy ". We have had ladies over 90 yrs (young ) attending so all can be catered for generally, providing a very small membership fee and course attendance cost. Our courses are run by people in your own age group in a friendly and helpful manner – no hard workload .
