Did you know Australia’s leading exponent of early colonial dance lives in Samford?
This type of dance is in the style of Jane Austen – enjoyed by the gorgeous Elizabeth Bennet and the simmering Mr Darcy. Our Governor Lachlan Macquarie and his Elizabeth also loved these dances in Australian ballrooms.
We are planning to establish a regular bi-monthly early colonial dance in Samford.
Please come and join us.
