AUG2013_AIR Brisbane North Monthly Meeting
A meeting is being held at the Wavell Heights Community Hall, Edinburgh Castle Road, Wavell Heights at 9.30am on the third Friday of each month.
Members and visitors are welcome to attend for a morning cuppa as well, plus listen to our special guest speaker, this time being our local State Member, Dr. Chris Davis, Assistant Health Minister.
Our Association of Retirees, or better known as the AIR Brisbane North, are a strong force in the community, so come and hear what we have to say, as it may affect you.
We generally discuss finances, without giving advice, by way of members telling their story, plus have a fun and informed morning.
We also hold a further meeting at the Chermside Library on the second Friday at 9.30am, run by our Finance Group.
Membership fees to join are small and meetings no charge, apart from donation for the coffee and bickies. We are a fully or partially self funded group.
