Staff Member of the Month April

Chloe Baigent  – Trainee Assistant – studying Certificate 3 in Children Services through TLC Training at Work.

“When I was at school I always liked to help younger students.  Because sometimes, when I found things difficult to do and someone helped me, I felt that they cared.

I was teased a lot at school and I didn’t like it.  So I hope that I can help children understand that teasing is not good because it hurts other people’s feelings and makes them sad.

My parents taught me that it is OK to be different, that having a disability should not hold me back.  You just have to believe in yourself, find a job you love and work hard at it.

I am lucky and very grateful that I have found this at LEAD Childcare Dayboro.”
