Charity begins at home, or, as you may have noticed, at homes for sale.  Real Estate agents are very familiar with the geography of an area and also the people who live there. When we sell a family into a home we keep an interest in them and often develop personal friendships in rural areas such as ours.  It is for this reason that local clubs, schools and events often count real estate agencies among their sponsors.  Obviously there is a commercial benefit from the advertising, but there is also a genuine desire to support and assist the local community.

Here at Fox & Co, we like to think outside the box and we have introduced our innovative approach to charitable giving.  We continue to sponsor local events and belong to charitable organisations, for example, Dayboro Lions Club, but we also commit to giving a proportion of all sales commissions received to a charity of the vendor’s choice.  This means that if a seller has a particular charity or good cause that they prefer to support, they know that a donation will be made to that cause.

At Fox & Co we believe in taking the extra step to provide an even better quality of service; asking you to choose which cause you would like to support is just one way; another improvement in our service is the installation of the latest design of LED window displays as well as the TV screen in our Samford office so

that your property is eye-catching at all times. You would be amazed at the constant stream of people on their way to the Post Office who stop to inspect the window display and many call in to ask for further details or to take a copy of our brochure.
