Lillian Tebesceff
Art has been a very important part of Lillian’s life for many years, both in painting and teaching at U3A Pine Rivers.
She has studied art from the early days to the Great Masters because she believes painting in one thing but to really understand art, one must have a good understanding of the background of art.
Art is very spiritual, sensitive, and when you embrace it, it will be a companion for life.
Lillian has taught her students that “art is a never ending search into expressing on canvas what is in your heart”
She is a proud recipient of the 2008 Australia Day Cultural Award and has been a member of the Dayboro Gallery for 12 years and has seen the Gallery grow into what it is today.
Call in and see Lillian’s work on display at the Gallery during May along with a variety of paintings, photographs, jewellery, and gifts.
