Whew!!  During the week leading up to our annual Dayboro Day Festival, the weather forecasts predicted a wet weekend, then later it was to be just showers on the Sunday! . . . .  Wasn’t it great that they were wrong?!!

Any signs of rain stayed well away, with rainfall only happening very late that night!!  What is the secret to that success?  If only we knew for sure . . .  we could bottle it!!
Because of the rainfall we’d already had, some areas around the township were too wet for the usual stall and stage placements.  Last minute changes had to be made, which meant that our map was not entirely correct.  
I’m sure that music coming from the Craig Doyle Stage, re-located near the Butcher’s Shop, would have easily had people working out that it was not in Lions’ Park, but across the other side of Williams Street instead.  
On such a gloriously sunny day, people would simply be taking things like that in their stride anyway!
Congratulations to Maria, Mark and Lexie and their team of helpers on another great Festival.
