Freestyle Classes: For a total body workout which incorporates resistance and cardio training in a class format. One hour of total body conditioning, perfect for any fitness level.
Barbell Class: Class incorporates Barbells for muscle shaping, strength and toning. All weights are adjustable making the class suitable for all levels.
Boxing: Effective and fun! Lose weight, tone muscles and build strength. Classes involve boxing combinations, cardio drills using upper and lower body and is a great way to increase cardiovascular fitness.
MEMBER OF THE MONTH
Our Member for June is Damien O’Flaherty.
Damien has been coming regularly to The Dayboro Gym for a while now, and it shows!
He competes at an International level in Martial Arts and also runs a successful training studio. His fitness level is high but he still finds the classes challenging and a beneficial addition to his training regime.
He is a strong advocate for men’s health and believes fitness plays a vital role in mental health as well as physical.
