Get moving and motivated this Spring

Moreton Bay Regional Council will help put a Spring In Your Step for summer with 8 weeks of free fitness for men and women aged 18 and over.
Lifestyle and Amenity spokesperson and Division Four Councillor Julie Greer said the popular Spring In Your Step program provided free group fitness activities to get residents moving.
“From October to November, accredited personal trainers will deliver a variety of fun and fresh cardio activities in local parks throughout the region,” Cr Greer said.
“Sessions provide a complete body workout and are designed to cater for all levels of fitness through a range of aerobic and resistance training exercises.”
“The 8 weeks of free fitness is not just for those hoping to get back in shape, but for anyone who would like to improve their fitness.
“Activity always fill quickly so it’s a good idea to secure your spot as soon as bookings open on Tuesday, September 15.”
The free Spring In Your Step group fitness sessions are designed for adults 18 years and over who reside in the Moreton Bay region.
Classes run from Tuesday 6 October through to Monday 30 November in 12 parks across the region.
